Individual development
I started at Munters eight years ago and feel that I have really been able to develop and continue to develop in the direction I want to go. After initially working on rotor materials, I have been given the opportunity to broaden my horizons and am today responsible for development of our global production platform for the Dehumidification Division.
Open-door policy
An open-door policy and a continuing dialogue with my superiors together with training in, for example, project management, has paved the way forward. My job is exciting and provides a great deal of opportunity for contact with other cultures. There are a number of different disciplines involved in developing a product from the mechanical and electrical designengineering stage to procurement and marketing. I work in close cooperation with those responsible for quality control and environmental performance at our production plants.
